Karen is a dynamo when it comes to details of all kinds. She exudes confidence in a charming and engaging way that lets her clients know that their job is in the right hands. She is always a step ahead in anticipating her clients’ needs and when it comes to making them happy, no request goes unmet. Her flexibility, accountability and pleasant demeanor have often been noted in clients’ feedback. Karen has a long and growing list of happy clients and manages some of our largest accounts with finesse.

She also plays an essential role in Spitfire’s ability to design and produce personalized Total Compensation Statements. Spitfire is pleased to have Karen’s expertise supporting our ability to offer such a key communication tool for any client who seeks them.
