    Change Management Communications
  • Challenge:
    To communicate changes – some employees may consider negative – due to the acquisition of a company and the transition into the new company’s benefits program.
  • Solution:
    Communicate in a welcoming and specific way that helped ease the employees in to the transition. We produced two sets of communication: one for existing employees and one for those undergoing the transition. This allowed us to speak directly to them and address specific concerns that would not otherwise apply to the current population.
  • Result:
    Employees were able to transition with ease due to clear, specific instructions and education. They felt that the company understood the challenges they faced during the transition and it meant a lot that they were communicated to separately making sure the information was transparent and easy to understand.
