• Challenge:
    Provide a personalized snapshot of the benefits offered and their dollar values to all employees.
  • Solution:
    An easy to understand two-page statement that gave a high-level overview of the cost of benefits offered to each employee. Their complicated time off benefits were further explained and a visual showing if employees are maximizing the company match in the retirement plan. To reach as many employees as possible in their large population, we provided both print and email versions.
  • Result:
    Employees appreciated the easy-to-follow statement. Most employees expressed their preference for printed statements although the analytics provided to HR was incredibly valuable. They had a 76% open rate and were able to see the results of their hard work pay off.
