To provide a script for their call center in various languages to help translate those employees who need help reading their compensation statements.
Provide a PDF in Portuguese, Haitian/Creole and Spanish for the call center to use when employees called in for assistance in reading their compensation statements. The statements were mailed to employees’ homes and each had three translations for a number to call if they needed help.
More employees were able to understand and receive value from their total compensation statements because the call center was equipped to help them translate without having to be privy to any personal and confidential information printed on the statement mailed to the employee’s home.
