2021 Annual Enrollment (AE)

    Create communications that continue to convey positive, transparent and relevant messaging, sharing important 2021 benefit details – emphasizing the Company’s commitment to expanding the way they support their employees during AE and their overall well-being throughout the year.
  • Solution:
    Project touchpoints were identified to reach both employees and their dependents, highlighting all the tools and resources to educate and assist in the enrollment process.
  • Result:
    The plan included a pre-AE postcard, AE guide as well as the first virtual benefits fair and more! The components provided a greater variety of ways to support employees and their family members in learning about their benefits, making the best enrollment choices, maximizing their earnings, accessing emotional wellness support and much more.
