Provide a comprehensive resource that summarized all the benefits available to employees – based on their eligibility, developing a design that complimented other benefit communications to ensure consistency in onboarding and ongoing internal comms. - Solution:
Create guides that described the variety of ways the Company’s offerings could help employees and their dependents meet their ever-changing and differing needs throughout various stages of life. - Result:
A great digital resource, linked guides were created – each with benefits relevant to the four eligibility segmentations. Guides are available to new hires and to current employees as a year-round resource.
