To develop a way to engage employees during Annual Enrollment at a time when in-person events were not being held. - Solution:
Create a virtual event platform with customized design elements and content – from the lobby page to provider booths. - Result:
The platform offered employees and dependents a great virtual experience and functionality that engaged users – from on-demand videos to gamification via a scavenger hunt. The first year resulted in 49% of enrollees “attending” the fair!
