Wellness Communications

  • Challenge:
    To help employees and dependents better understand all the benefits and resources available to meet emotional, physical and financial stressors as a result of the pandemic. And to educate them on the CARES Act and other changes in legislation.
  • Solution:
    Create a series of postcards mailed to homes – focusing on all the available benefits and new opportunities to make changes to benefits.
  • Result:
    Employees and their families appreciated the timely and relevant communications. There was an increase in utilization of emotional wellness resources and they took action, making changes to their benefits to better maximize their earnings.
