Create a planning guide summarizing the way employees can utilize all their benefits throughout the various stages of their retirement planning – whether a newly-hired or soon-to-retire employee. - Solution:
Develop a comprehensive digital planning guide with actionable steps, including utilization of benefits “upon retirement”. - Result:
Building off the previous guide which won the 2018 Pension & Investments Eddy Award, employees and HR staff continue to regard the guide as a great planning tool. And, as a touchpoint of the Company’s ongoing retirement planning initiative, they were awarded the 2019 NEEBC Best Practices Award.
