Annual Strategic Planning and Communications Management

    Create a year-long strategic planning and communications management plan that identified key messages and opportunities for improved communication and supplementing that throughout the year with targeted components across a variety of platforms.

    Higher utilization of the benefits website, more streamlined, cohesive communications with benefit providers to reach all employees, and a lessened gap between employees and the benefits department, particularly at non-corporate locations.

    Within one year of the benefits website launch, page views increased by 93%. Communications for the revamped EAP increased overall program utilization from 2% to 11%. These combined efforts helped Ocean Spray to win the 2019 NEEBC Best Practice Award for Improving Communications to Help Employees Understand the Value of their Benefits.
