Total Compensation Statement

    Provide a snapshot of the comprehensive benefits offered to employees the previous play year and highlight the benefits they are currently enrolled in to summarize the value of the benefits Rosie’s is proud to provide their employees, including the cost the employee incurs.
  • Solution:
    Create a 2-page total compensation statement, including a brief message that speaks to how much Rosie’s Place values their employees’ commitment and is proud to offer benefits to support their well-being.
  • Result:
    A printed statement was distributed to each employee that successfully summarized the value of their benefits. It was very well received as a great reference and tool for financial planning.
