    Open Enrollment Communications Redesign
  • Challenge:
    Take advantage of a year with few benefits changes and reinvent the look of employee benefits to increase engagement and cross-promote with another resource.
  • Solution:
    Develop a theme for enrollment that matched the fun, humor and engaging visuals of their ALEX benefit advisor product. The Road to Enrollment guide was created as a way to help guide employees through the journey of understanding their benefits and paving the road ahead for new hires. They were also provided with components to further enhance the theme internally so all messaging remained cohesive and branded.
  • Result:
    A lot of positive office buzz on the colorful new look and feel that provided HR with much-needed assistance in educating their employee population and a yearlong resource for employees to consult as they use their benefits.
