CABOT Cash Balance Plan (CBP) Termination Project

Challenge:
Provide important details about the resources and options available to employees to take action and the deadline in which they had to act, maximizing internal and vendor-partner communication resources – for both active and non-active employees.
Solution:
Evaluate and recommend a variety of touchpoints to meet communication and overall CBP termination project goal.
Result:
Employees were educated on their options and took the necessary action, including non-active employees who utilized a landing page which increased their ability to access resources. The project goal was exceeded beyond all expectation!
