Kim has over 17 years of employee communications experience. She has spent time as both an insurance broker and Account Manager, giving her a unique perspective on the holistic approach to benefits and their marketing.

In her most recent role, prior to Spitfire, as the Employee Benefits Manager of a local insurance agency, Kim assisted clients in servicing their benefit administration, communication and renewal needs. While specializing in meeting the needs of individuals and business owners, she was also the firm’s compliance expert on health care reform and new benefit requirements. Her skill-set ranges from small companies to Fortune 500 companies, making her a great fit for all of Spitfire’s clients.

With her wide spectrum of knowledge, she knows how to take content from complex to simple, making her an invaluable resource of the Spitfire team. She is a problem-solver who is always willing to go the extra mile and jump in to help out the team. Her focus and attention to detail is consistently applauded by clients.

Kim is a graduate of the University of Hartford with a B.S. in Business Management, Magna Cum Laude, with an emphasis in marketing and minor in advertising.
