Develop a 6-page statement with complex programming and personalization so that every scenario for their variety of employees is captured and adequately explained. The goal was to have a document that tells a complete story of the benefits and compensation provided to supplement the smaller communications sent throughout the year. A smaller version of the statement was also provided for employees in Canada.
A broader understanding of the complexity and breadth of benefits offered by Burns & McDonnell. Employees reported finding value in this as a financial tool to help them plan ahead – both for Open Enrollment choices in the coming year and for retirement. Both print and secure digital statements were delivered to employees.
