To create a benefits guide for recruiting and onboarding purposes that clearly explain the benefits East Boston Neighborhood Health Center offers while also highlighting the services their organization provides to their community. - Solution:
Develop a comprehensive and user-friendly guide with a unique design that incorporates East Boston’s brand and benefits. This guide was designed to assist in recruiting efforts and help newly hired employees navigate their benefits package. - Result:
Easier understanding and navigation of the benefits program which made for faster and more informed decisions in recruiting and onboarding while also providing an opportunity to show prospects and employees the impact the health center has on the community.
